In celebration of Grandparents, Disney has released My Bibi Always Remembers by Toni Buzzeo and illustrated by Mike Wohnoutka.
It’s an adorable picture book of little Tembo. Sometimes she falls behind as she remembers the different games she played with her sisters and aunts from the herd. Whenever she feels lost and scared, one of her herd finds her and reminds Tembo to listen to Bibi, since Bibi always remembers the way to food and water. It’s really a very cute story that’s a great read-a-loud for grandparents and grandchildren.
Have you ever celebrated grandparents at the parks?
I was fortunate enough to be able to take my mom and dad on a few trips when my boys were young. Very special memories that I’ll treasure forever.
