Many people are asking if the film will open in more locations. Please share this info with people you know in those initial towns. We’d love to get great first weekend box office numbers and have Disney open the movie in more cities.

  1. I just got back from seeing Boys at the Sunshine. It was really neat. I’m a huge Disney fan, but even if you’re not you can appreciate this film. It’s mostly the story of the relationship between two brothers. (Interestingly enough the Sherman Brothers’ relationship reminded me a lot of the Disney Brothers’ relationship.) You get to hear all your favorite songs and moments from films. It brought a huge smile to my face every time.

If you are a huge Disney fan you’ll get a great look at how the Sherman Brothers interacted with Walt and the rest of the company. I really liked hearing the Disney celebrities talk about the two composers and what it was like working for them.

As a musician I thought it was especially interesting when they spoke about how they went about writing their songs.

If it’s not playing in a theater near you, make sure you pick it up when it’s released to DVD.
